$700/1st week, per additional night $90

April 16th- October 31st:
$500/1st week, per additional night $80

3 day Holiday Weekends: $400
(Memorial Day,4th of July,Labor Day,Thanksgiving,PrideFest,BoatShow,Air and Sea Show)

All Other times, 1 week minimum required.

The Jasmine (#123A)
1 Bedroom / 1 Bath Junior Apartment (525 SQFT)
with queen bed and fold-down couch - max. 3 people - no phone

November 1st - April 15th:
$600/1st week, per additional night $80

April 16th - October 31st:
$475/1st week, per additional night $65

3 day Holiday Weekends: $400
(Memorial Day,4th of July,Labor Day,Thanksgiving,PrideFest,BoatShow,Air and Sea Show)
 All Other times, 1 week minimum required.

Terms and Additional Information
$150 deposit required and payable upon reserving. 
Deposit is refunded within 3 days of checkout. 
Cats and small dogs (20lb max) allowed with $25/week fee.
Absolutely NO SMOKING inside units
