*All rentals in Florida of less than 6 months are subject to accommodation taxes.

What you need to know:
-Deposit for rentals 1 month or longer is $600 for junior, and $700 for large unit, payable at time 
  of booking and refunded 10 days after move-out date.
-First month rent payable day of move-in.  Additional deposit required for all rentals of
  6 months or longer.
-Premises should be left in move-in condition to avoid cleaning fee.
-$75 pet fee is additional and non-refundable.  
-Only cats and small dogs (20lbs limit)  allowed.  You MUST pick up after your pet.   
-One month constitutes the number of days in the month being rented.
-Failure to cancel reservation 3 weeks in advance will result in forfeiture of deposit.
